Max CMS open windows running in Citrix

Hi All

Company has just moved to Citris and is running CMS R17 on it. We have an issue where by CMS app freezes when 4 or more report windows get opened.

CMS works fine on desktop only seeing issue through Citrix.

Any pointers as to why appreciated
