We have cli on outbound calls, but some of my co-workers want to mask this, depending on who they are calling.

How do I implement this on our system ? We have CM6.2 - is there a feature code for this ?

Sekitori

Ok, found the CPN-BLK / CPN-UNBLK and the station field 'Per Station CPN - Send Calling Number ?'

Going to find an external line now to test....

you also have a per call cpn blocking and unblocking code in change features , you could either give them the code or assign two buttons and they press the appropriate button/code dial as per required

Thanks montyzummer - i looked for those but couldn't find them.....
Can you tell me where they are ?

type change features look half way down on page 3 a code for turning cpn on and one for off ,........ as long as its set to yes on your station this will work , you dial the code or press the button get dial tone and dial the number

Not tested yet, as I'm waiting for an external land-line to be able to test.

Our cellphone-traffic goes out different trunk/provider so I can't use that either...

No stars until I've tested [thumbsup2]

Thanks and have a good weekend,

You can also have one callerID used when calling from call-appr and have another callerID
when calling from a brdg-appr.

I enabled the feature-access code with *67, which seems to be generally used for blocking CPN.

Also programmed the softkey-code in the 46xxsettings.txt so our 9620's will display the button when the receiver is lifted off-hook (set dialfeatures '164').
That way you can choose to block CPN when making a new call.

The per-station CPN is blank.

All this seems to work perfectly - Thanks Montyzummer...star coming your way...

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.
