Are you trying to add a remote agent to the existing calling group at the main site or create a separate option to send calls to a calling group at the remote site?
The first won't work. You can't add an agent across the network to an existing calling group on the host side. You can, however, overflow calls from the calling group to another calling group across the network. Additionally, you can xfer calls across the network to another calling group. The easiest way to change your dial plan at the remote side to have different calling group ext numbers than the main. Make sure you add them to the UDP dial plan.
To overflow to a calling group across the ntwk, just overflow it to a local calling group. Create a phantom udp ext number that strips and inserts the digits the digits of the calling across the network. Then make that phantom ext number the lone member of the calling group you are overflowing to locally.
