M3903 phone programming MCR conflict

Hello. I hope all is well. I havent been here for a while, everything was working ok until I came across this problem with a M3903 set. I haven't really programmed 3903 sets before.
I'm trying to program MCR on key 0 and 1 on a M3903 phone set and when I do so, I get a sch code 0369,
"Function conflicts with existing call arrangement"
What does this mean and how can I fix it. Maybe I'm missing something. I've outed the TN and copyied an existing 3903 set that has MCR programmed on it and still getting this error.

I see key 0 and 1 programmed as SCR, not MCR. Either change to MCR or programm the new set as SCR

If a SCR DN appears on any other phone you can't make it an MCR.

Thanks for the tips, I outed the Tn and reprogrammed as a new set,. It workes, Too bad you can't copy another TN, I guess unless all sets are set up the same way.
I checked LD 81 and listed the MCR and SCR, there are 13 other sets that need reprogramimg

You can copy TN's, except ACD set's.

You don't have to out the TN, just NUL the KEY on and phone you want to make the change on and then make the change.
rember you can't have a SCR KEY on 1 phone and try to put a MCR with the same DN on any other phone or the same phone.
