Lucent MLX 10 problem....Help. Need to delete messages in message box.

Hi,

Unable to access voicemail to delete messages, it is stuck in a busy signal.

Please help.

Tried unplugging but to no avail.

Thank you.

Is is possible to completely erase all messages without actually accessing the mailbox.

I don't think your problem is deleting messages, it's getting connected to the voicemail system in the first place.

What are you dialing, and confirm that it is a busy signal that you're hearing
