To have "full permissions", except the right to turn on software do a "display system customer". It will display the software thet has activated on your system. Look for the fields that say "Station and Trunk MSP", "DS1 MSP", and "Processor and System MSP". If these are set to yes yuou have full permissions, the same as an Avaya Technician, on you system. If they are set to no they can be activated with the following exceptions.
1. You must have a current maintenance contract.
2. It will cost you $ 60.00 for Station and Trunks.
3. It will cost you $ 60.00 for Processor and System.
Avaya tells me the charge is to cover the time for a Maintenance Technician to login and add the rights.
Also, the only logins that can add other logins are defined as Customer, and Super-User.
