Litespeed and Standby Files

I used master.dbo.xp_restore_log to restore a transaction log to a database in standby mode and specified that the standby file be recreated in the same location (H:\).

The restore worked but moved the standby file to C:\WINNT\system32

Anyone know why it would do this? Is it some kind of default location if an invalid path is provided?
