list members in a ACD

Hi ,

I want to to get a list prt of all members of a ACD..
then i can see which dn who is a member, and I also want to know how to add a DN to a ACD?
Can anyone help ?

to see the list, go to LD 20

req=prt
type=dn
dn= your acd number

This will show all sets with that acd.

You don't add a DN to an ACD group, you creat a phone with KEY 0 as ACD xxxx yyyy

x being the agent number.
y being the ACD queue number.

You could go into LD 81 and pull a list, assuming all your agents have an ACD key programmed on their phone.
LD 81
REQ LST
CUST xx xx=your customer number
DATE
PAGE
DES
FEAT ACD


You should see all the info for any phone that has an ACD key.
