I was how to get this card to work with my version of linux
Red Hat ES?

You need to find out what chipset it is based on.

Located on the card?

Are there any wireless cards that are linux friendly?

i use a netgear-WG511 on my Gentoo system and it works glamorous. There are also many others you could use. The most cards with a "Prism" Chipset will work.

regards

Linksys stopped using Prism after Rev2 of their 802.11b cards.

First get rid of the card. Even Linksys will tell you they have nothing but problems from the 11g pci cards.

The USB g card though is very reliable.
