275619 Avaya IP Office R9 IP Endpoint 5 ADI License
275626 Avaya IP Office R9 Customer Service Agent 5 ADI License
275628 Avaya IP Office Customer Service Supervisor - ( v. R9 )
We noticed that the status of the agent and supervisor license is showing dormant .This is an R9.0 system . Do we need advanced edition license for this ?.
