We have the below license on our new system .

339098 Avaya IP Office R9.1 Preferred Edition ADI License
339096 Essential Edition
275633 IP500 PRI Channels
275619 Avaya IP Office R9 IP Endpoint 5 ADI License
275626 Avaya IP Office R9 Customer Service Agent 5 ADI License
275628 Avaya IP Office Customer Service Supervisor - ( v. R9 )

We noticed that the status of the agent and supervisor license is showing dormant .This is an R9.0 system . Do we need advanced edition license for this ?.
 
Yes you need advanced edition for CCR. Or upgrade to 9.1 and use IPOCC although you'd need new agent/supervisor licensing but it can be run on Preferred.
 
You're on 9.0, so an Advanced edition must be present for those licenses to work.
(But who in their right mind buys CCR after it was put to rest?)

If you want reporting, IPOCC is crap, I'd go for XIMA Chronicall.
