License problem on 8700 1

Iam setting up a duel S8700 , all is well until I reach the
license file load , The responce from the server is :
"command failed platform type / offer type mismatch" .
I have tried to re-load cm 2.2 again with the same result .

This is on the No 1 server . I have not tried on the second

any assistance would be greatly apreciated

Try cross checking your data in RFA,
under the "Module/App Details" Tab, "Application Info"
check what release version is listed

Also, under the "features" tab,
check what Offer category is listed against the entry in "display Capacity" (last page)

From the Maintenance Web Interface, go to "configure server", and set the server type (Multiconnect/IP connect)

Then load the license. Do this on the second server also..
