Hello guys,

I need some assistance.
I created an Autoattendant module in VmPro and has a Voicemail Collect Code: *XX.
In the callflow, calls are routed to the leave mail option during non-working hours.
Working Hours Condition (False) > Leave Mail (Success) > Disconnect.

Everything works fine except one.
In leaving voicemail, the system plays the default Avaya prompt:
"Your call is being answered by Avaya IP Office. Extn XXX isn't available..."

I want this to go away and instead hear only a beep.
Tried using Voice Question but it just ends the call without transferring to voicemail.

Is there a way to go about this?

Use a 'Listen' action.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Thanks.
But with this, I don't get a beep to tell the caller when the recording starts.
I need a beep after the message.

Just add the beep to the listen action.

Use mc_00.wav as beep, it's included with the VM Pros standard prompts =)

Thanks guys. I think janni78's suggestion should work. I'd try that when I'm back at the client's. Would give a feedback.

It actually worked. I do appreciate all the help.
