LE-Ericsson IP 8815 SIP phone on IP Office

Hi

Can anyone help me? :)

i have connected a LG-Ericsson phone to my IP office via SIP, it works fine but i cant transfer a call. i can get a new dial tone but when i try to connect the two other parties, it just disconnect the last active connection.

help me please :)
 
Do you have "call waiting on" checked for the user?

Hy, can you please send me some configuration tips or print screen (IPO and 8815)?
I could not register the phone on IP Office.
I have all the licence.
