We have an LDN:
DN 5200
CPND
NAME ATTENDANT
XPLN 9
DISPLAY_FMT FIRST,LAST
TYPE LDN

we need to remove it and make 5200 an ACD queue.

How do we do this????????????????????

very carefully. if you have did's they will all stop working if you remove the ldn, any 4 digit number will turn them back on. to change ldn just do the change and x5200

I think I need to explain what I am doing. I'm sorry, but I am not quite sure what you mean.

Currently we have an Option 11C with many DIDs in the range xxx-5200 to xxx-5399, xxx-5600 to xxx-5699. xxx-5200 is answered on a console. We want it to be answered by a voice menu. For any normal DID number, I would simply create a dummy ACD queue in LD23 pointing it to Meridian Mail to a matching VSDN entry.
However, here I get an error (sorry, I am at home and can't get the SCH code) if I try to create a dummy acd queue - the difference seems to be that xxx-5200 is an LDN. As far as I can tell, this is the only LDN on the system.

These DIDs terminate on a PRI.

I was told to use LD20 for this, but that doesn't seem right at all, that is for PRT - I don't know what LD to use.

ldn_data is printed in load 21, it is change in load 15.
