Hie everyone.
I connect to LDK24 WebAdmin Page. I select Keyphone Admin but nothing displays. It's BLANK!!!!

I select Network Admin and display is OK and i can make & save changes.
I have used same laptop before and was displaying fine. Only change I have done on my laptop was upgrade internet explorer to IE8. Cant recall the previous version. I have checked for possible downgrade & tells me impossible because I have XP with SP3.

Can anyone please help.

thanx doktor. guess i have to buy another laptop with IE6. But my worry is why display the Network Admin page only. surely both pages should not display.

The Keyset Admin part is written "close" to IE6 with many of the links only working with IE6. The Network Admin part is another product not from LG, but GlobeSpanVirata. Their part can be browsed by almost any browser and type.
If you do an [Trans/PGM] +72 you can see the software level of the ipLDK-24. For each version a hotfix exist for IE7, but not IE8.

thanx doktor. got going with IE6 no hassles.

got another minor problem. i have 2 office sections one with iPLDK100 & the other with iPLDK60. we have the 2 systems piggy backed to each other trunk to extension & vise versa for comms. we share the same network/wireless router for internet. Both systems got VOIB & ip phones that can only call extensions on that PABX and not across. iPLDK60 says access denied & iPLDK100 says CO GROUP 02 BUSY.

Have to call via the physical link.

I have read threads on this forum and followed the instructions. no success. Can you link 2 systems using the VOiB boards on the same LAN?

Strange setup but we inherited offices with this etup.

This could free up ports for extensions and trunks. I know way back we used to link two GDK162 & 1 GDK100 systems directly using PRIB QSIG to solve capacity issues.

Can you link 2 systems using the VOiB boards on the same LAN?
-> Yes!
We have some system with up to 4 pcs of ipLDK-24 and ipLDK-100 in the same network (WAN/MPLS). Works OK.
But you need VOIP licenses in the ipLDK's.
QSIG can also be used.
But the newest s/w should be applied.

hie doktor
guess i'm doing something wrong but can't figure it out.
got licences in all systems

ldk60 1,2,5
ldk100 0,1,2,5

Followed configurations as per threads. Did exact same configurations on both sides. LDK60 PGM324 + bin(00) INDEX 2 at 1#**(ext range 100-199). LDK100 set at 3#**(range 300-399)

Phontage & IP phones work fine.

If i pick VOIB(04-07 on LDK60 and (05-08 on LDK100) trunk on either side I get ACCESS DENY.

Cheking the boards LDK60 has 4 channel VOIB with 2 IP phones registered. LDK100 has VOIB with 2 VOIU and 2 IP phones registered.

PS - IP addresses are set as follows.

LDK60 VOIB 192.168.169.203
LDK100 VOIB 192.168.169.207
These are static addresses outside DHCP Server range

Default Gateway on both 192.168.169.1 same as wireless router
SUBNET MASK on both 255.255.255.0 same as wireless router

Computers on same router using DHCP.

ps - if voib has been set should i not be able to pick the voib trunks direct even if there is no dial tone. Strange thing is i get ACCESS DENY on both systems.

I have allowed access for all extensions to the voib trunks(GRP 02) on both systems

sorry doktor forgot to include voib versions

LDK60 voib ver 2.3Ca
LDK100 voib ver 1.0 on EPROM and GS300 - 3.0A (sure this the software version)

hie everyone. hope the going is good for you in 2012 but certainly not for me already. got very excited when i found firmware ver 3.9 for ldk100 on the forum and immediately upgraded our system. end result is i lost lock keys in the process and i don't have a copy of these keys. how do i get them back!!!!!

using demo keys and worried when they expire.
please someone help.

Hi Digitalcoms - with regards to your LDK24 issue
There are two versions of LDK 24 - version 1 and version 3.

I would say yours is a version 1 - there was a software level that LG released to allow use of IE7 or above...
The version is X.0Le
The upgrade is done via the Networking side, so upgrade is possible. (Note the upgrade takes about 10 minutes)

Regards
Steve

You need to contact your local dealer or LG represenative if you need demo keys or regular license keys.
