Does anyone know how to do it?
Many Thanks in advance.

Thank you Doktor, much appreciated. The only thing I am now struggling with is the 'message VMIB number' as I am unsure which number to use. I am trying to re-record the main auto-attendant message from the attendant phone.

You have VMIB messages 00-70.

When recording from the attendants console you enter e.g. 001 for the message to record. The VMIB message is the 01, since the first zero (0) is to be omitted.
