IVR Integration disconnect issues

I have recently integrated an IVR using T1 24-Port Dialogic card connected to a Avaya Definity G3si on the line side. I have a station associated with each port on the card with an extension and have created a call center agent that is tied to the line side extension.

I am able to perform converse on steps into the ivr and return calls back to the vector all seems fine except for
disconnect supervision. If a caller hangs up while they are in the IVR the IVR never recieves a signal from the T1 and it will tie up the channel.

DS1 parameters for 01b08:
Line Coding: b8zs
Framing Mode: ESF
Signaling Mode: robbed-bit

Station Parameters
Extension 4825
Type 2500
Port 01b081

Agent Parameters
Login ID 61000
port extension 4825

If anyone has any suggestions to resolve my issue, I would appreciate it.

Thanks, that did it! what is the difference between DS1FD and DS1SA?

SPTech,

ds1fd means "ds1 with forward disconnect" but i can't remember what ds1sa stands for. i've never used it, sorry.
