Hi all,
We have an issue with incoming calls with SIP lines. No problem for outgoing calls. When we try to call someone on the IP Office 500, there is a message which say that the IP Phone systems doesn't find the station. For example, there is a line like 1660*xx.xx.xx.xx (our operator send the 4 last digits) in order to join the station 1660. The station is in the IP Office but not reachable ... Thanks for your answers.
Kind regards

What have you got set in these area's:

SIP URI in the SIP trunk form
SIP URI in the User form
ICR's

Jamie Green

ACA:Implement - IP Office
ACS:Implement - IP Office

Football is not a matter of life and death-It is far more important!!!!

SIP URI in the SIP trunk form :
URI local : Use authentication name
Contacter : Use authentication name
Afficher le nom : Use authentication name
Inscription : Primaire
Groupe entrant : 170
Groupe sortant 170
Appels maximum par canal : 10

SIP URI in the User form :
Nothing in the User Form. When you've got the folder SIP URI, the outgoing calls doesn't work ...

ICR's :
Id du groupe de lignes : 170
Destination : 1660 (doesn't work with '.')
Other fiels : default

Thanks for your help

If you put the last 4 digits in the incomming callroute, your provider sends 4 so put 4 in!

you need to have 1660@xx.xx.x.x as a valid uri somewhere in the system.

The best place is in the SIP User tab as changes and additions are easy and don't require a reboot.

Create 2 URIs, 1 for out and 1 for In.

In the Out set Use Authentication Name, Out ID 5
In the Incoming set use User Data In ID 5

In the incoming routes put..

Incoming ID 5
Digits 1660
Destination 1660

TheTaker, he should have a valid uri, otherwise he could not make call outgoing.

yes a valid uri for outgoing but needs 1 matching for incoming also, in sip user or in the trunk

Thanks for your help.
I have had a look in the trace of an incoming call and I am surprized that the number which is seeking is 1660@xx.xx.xx.xx where xx.xx.xx.xx is the public IP address

Thanks for all. All is OK right now. We have just tested on another IP 500 and it works fine ...
