we encounter jitters on gsm integrated to ipo, we use sip as a trunk to gsm. So here's the scenario
every time we do an incoming with 2 calls, the session with those 2calls are smooth but when we tried the 3rd incoming call all the session gets choppy. And when we dropped the 3rd call, the 2 ongoing call went back to smooth call.

Do you guys have any idea. Where's the solution for this?

Previously ( it was jitter on the 4th call, so reverse what you previously did. But I'd lay very good odds that this isn't an IP Office problem so stop raising new threads for the same issue.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

this was using h323 protocol and we changed it to SIP and then we encounter that issue.

...which is further evidence that this is probably nothing to do with the IP Office (and rather a large thing not to mention - an other reason for using an existing thread, so that all the discussion of changes stays in one place).

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

they have a SIP Trunk and it consist of 10 channel and we can make a call without any issue or jitter.
