ISDN PRI brief questions

Hi,

I believe NTAK09 can do ISDN PRI, my questions are:

1. What type of cable is needed to connect this T1 to a remote ISDN PRI?

2. Is a clock daugtherboard needed?

only if your going to use that pri for a clock source, otherwise it will clock internally.. you will need a dch daughter board unless it's nfas and using a d on another pri. if this is the 1st pri, get the clock card...on my test opt 11 i didn't use the factory cable, so i don't have that number.. i made mine from a standard female 25 pair amp cable

Hi,

Is it safe to say that if I will configure the Option11 with NTAK09 as 'User/Slave' for an ISDN connection:

a. I won't be needing a DCH daughterboard?
b. I won't be needing a clock daughterboard?
c. An NTAK09 will work?

i the 1st cab, and perfers to be in slot 1 or a the lowest slot that is not a t.. i have had to move the sets from slot 4 to add the 4 pri to an 11

So to set everything, all I need is an NTAK09 DTI/PRI card without the NTAK93 daugtherboard. Is there a sample configuration for this setup?

i don't have an opt 11 pri to post but here is mine from an 81, very little changes... if you don't have a pri in your switch then you have to have a dch card (daughter board)..

Hi,

After configuring everything, all the trunks are on "MBSY VOD DID" status, however, if i dial the ACOD im getting a dial tone.
