Hi,

For a migration project, I need to send to the isdn provider some shortcode like *21 to transfert all call to a temporary number.

An electricien says he can do it with a device he has.

Since I may do it offer the week-end, I can't rely on him.

Is there a way to do it with the IPO?

I already tried to create a shortcode with dial --> *21. It didn't work.

Regards,

so you need to send them some digits to trigging the forwarding? can you not just call them when they need to turn it on? thats what we normally do.

Get well soon Aaron.

*21 is part of the star services provided by BT. As far as I am aware these are analogue services and are not compatible with ISDN lines.

in ireland you can do this on ISDN (euro ISDN) but only if hunting is not enabled on the line. Type *21*Number# to forward and #21 to cancel

*21 will conflict with a default shortcode on your system.
try *888N, dial *21N# Trunk Group

too early in the morning, anyway, like to leave a little to work out them selves, how else can one learn...

Thank you,

I actually realize I made a mistake on the way I tried first with a short code.

I will test asap.

Thanks everybody.
