I have a customer MICS 7.0 with PRI and 2 answering positions. Large volume of calls. When one of the answering positions puts a call on hold. Is there anyway for the other answering position to pick up a call on hold???? Example - X221 and X222 are answering calls. Sometimes there volume is such that they juts answer calls and put them on hold. So if X222 is done with her calls and X221 still has 4 calls holding. X222 wants to be able to pick up calls on hold at X221. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.
