Hello

We need it also to support lineMonitorDigits or lineMonitorTones.

Is anyone aware if such a product exists? And a part number?

cstaprogrammer,

i know two options: either envox ct connect or any tsapi connection plus avaya tapi service provider. for serious production environment i'd recommend first option though.

Don't recommend Envox since MAPD is discontinued and DLG software license on Application Enablement Server (AES) is absurd. Suggest looking at AES and a TSAPI application. TSAPI licensing can be much more realistic.

Thanks for that. I know about the CSTA option and have some experience there. I would have preferred a TAPI driver because we have TAPI code already written.

I might attempt to write a TAPI driver which converts from TAPI to CSTA. I had a go at investigating ASAI. But could not find much info on it. Does anyone know of any good ASAI resouces?
