Is there a fast way to route our calls over our secondary trunk

We're having a problem with our primary carrier and would like to make outbound calls go over our secondary carrier. is there a simple way to do this?

Assuming that you're using ARS, just edit the Route Pattern.

if you have a 2nd choice in your route pattern, then just busy out the primary trunk group

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.
