I have a new site that has 3 x M2250 + SMILE Consoles, now imagine the scenario, an Internal Call Dials the Operator, he/she answer the call and puts that party on hold, during this time the calling party hangs up. They then pick up their hand set to make another call to discover they have no dial tone, the call is still held on the M2250/SMILE Console (both items give same "fault" indication). They do not get dial tone back until the Operator Releases the call. My question is this a fault or a feature as it happens on all three consoles, which are all set up exactly the same?
