I have an RV082 (currently static IP on DSL, soon to be dynamic on cable) talking to a BEFVP41 (dynamic IP cable) with no problems keeping the link alive (batch job at one end regularly pings the other every hour).
However, I have had no luck setting up 2000/XP clients to VPN to the either router. These clients will be behind regular Linksys routers, such as the BEFW11S4. Is it possible with the built in 2000/XP IPSec policy to set up a tunnel to one of these or should I look at some third party software clients? I would prefer the connection to the RV082 since it supports VPN groups rather than setting up specific tunnels.
I have seen a few similar post, but none never seemed to be resolved.
