I'm having some major problems with my IP500. I have a regular T1 going to it (not a PRI), and every five minutes or so, all 24 channels are going Out of Service, then they come back.
I spoke with my carrier, who ran several tests, including one for over an hour, and they say everything looks fine, however they are noticing some timing slips past the smart jack.
Since yesterday morning, I have over 800 blue alarms,400 red alarms, and 200 yellow alarms showing in System Status.
I have over 999 occurrences of "8kHz clock source has changed, previous source was internal"
I confirmed all my settings with my carrier as well - under PRI 24(Universal).
I am running version 4.1(12).
I am not sure what to show from Monitor, so if someone could suggest what traces to enable and what to paste here, I'd appreciate it.
