IP500 DS expansion module squeals

When calls are received on the phones a short squeal is heard. Any ideas on this.

There was a random fix back in the day that if you dial *00 it will stop the squel. Give it a try.

The real fix is to "upgrade" the module first to 3.2.999 and then to the correct version.
