I have a situation at a customer site where they have approx 200 agents, they have CC7 and I have three tn's that will not Aquire. I have dacr in load 48 outed the TN, disabled and re-enabled. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Not getting any errors on the switch side, they are 1140 IP sets so we used the same TN and have approx 22 licenses remaining.On the phonesets and voiceports page it has error instesd of agent.
