Do you need IP ROUTE to get into an Avaya IPO via Manager or if you have an incorrect route will it keep Manager from connecting to the IPO on either LAN or WAN port. Thanks.

Hope this helps: In my IPO I have not changed the IP route, it is still set to default.

Under system > lan 1 I have the default IP of 192.168.42.1 and if I am direct connected from PC to IP office I can connect with that address - using manager.

For Lan 2 - I have that connected to my network and set a static IP on the lan 2 page of 192.168.1.253. I am able to connect with that IP address through the manager as well via any PC connected to the same network.

9.0 seems to need to have the IP routes but it should not be needed.
Although you also must have a default gateway which can be set with an IP route.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
