Wierd situation. I have 2 hunt groups with IP Phones (56xx) and when you see them in CCV they show "Undefined" in the names area with the extension. I have other groups with digital sets that work perfectly. I have force login, with codes and all that. Has anyone seen this before?

If you try and click down to the agent level you get an error and no info.

IPO 3.2
CCC 5.x
Server Win2003

Thanks

They are logged in on the IP phones and you have enough agent licenses for them ?

You should check the Delta Server 'Agents' section to see if there are users set up as CCC agents unintentionally (and consuming licenses--as janni78 suggested). Z

Yes the problem is in the user rights group if you have force login applied to the user rights group the user sometimes doesnt appear as an agent. Uncheck force login under the user rights group and do not apply force login, then check force login under the user and the user should appear as agent. There is a bug in the IPO 3.2(54) and this is the temporary fix for now.

I have just experienced the same exact issue - except with 5420 phones - in 4.0.5. Removing Force Login from user rights and applying it instead to the individual agents now makes the agents appear in Delta Server.

Unfortunately I'm troubleshooting not being able to see my groups in the CCV "Group List" area - this field is blank. I can see my trunk groups and voicemail ports, but not agents or groups.
