Hi, I´m from Brazil. There´s occour a strange trouble in the Ip phones of my work. There are only 70 Ip phones here. The trouble is: there are times which the Ip phone gonna mute, but it´s only one or two by day... We here go to reset and the Ip phone returns to the normal status.
I was reset the Clan´s and Media-pro (prowler) but didn´t turns ok.... I was set the switch (where are conected the prowlers and clans) to the 100 Mbps Full Duplex and all boards too. I was download the firmwares too...
The next type (I think) is disable any board and keep look... if the trouble ends, maybe that board...
