What is the best solution to restore a configuration in this scenario?

Reset was done on the back of the ip office by pushing the button.
default configuation has loaded and Partner 18d sets are at default.
No lan cable on ip office
Able to access programming through a phone set.
Phone programming guide mentions that a restore can be done but does not
give clear directions on how to do it. No manual backup from a phone was done before the reset.
So I am not sure of where to go with this.
Is there a backup in the sd card that can be loaded?

If you are lucky then there is a backup on the SD card.
Open system status and search for the backup and restore buttons.
They are in the left top (system or SD card)

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Good tip Tlpeter.

Depending on the URI configuration the ICR can be completely ignored.

If your URI is configured to use internal data then the IP Office will look into the user's SIP tab and if you have *'s it will look into ICR.

A madman with a taste for speed.

We ended up programming the system via the phone set. Not ideal but can be done without a tech onsite.
The old attendant was set up differently but we were able to get functions to work with default settings.
I will do a lab on this when I get the time.
We could not figure out how to program a voice mail access button via the phone set. No reference in the manual.
Intercomm 777 works though.
Thanks

Look forward to a busy future. You're the first person to admit to successfully getting an IP Office Basic Edition system running and by using the telephone interface.

By the way, you'd find life a lot easier if you did it from a PC. You don't need to connect the system to any network. Connect a laptop directly to the LAN port on the back of the system and set the laptops IP address to something like 192.160.42.203, mask 255.255.255.0.

Then browse to 192.168.42.1. You should get a menu from which you should click IP Office Web Management. Cross fingers the security is still at default, login with Admnistrator/Administrator (failing that try Business Partner/Business Partner

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

I had the office Manager do it via my instructions. I can do a partner with my eyes closed. This is not much different. Thanks sizbut.
