IP OFFICE WEB COLLABORTION not working

HELLO,

i have installedd IP Office SE 10.1 Demo, i want to try using web collaboration from one-X portal , when i launch it , its said that there is connection failed with primary server , and two button ( solve and quit ) when i click to solve , a new window showed for instaling Avaya aura conferencing plugin, when i click to download , it show me a blank window ,
the main subject is to work with web coollaboration but its not working , any idea of this issue ?

any idea of this issue ?" - No, not really. You've basically told us nothing. Has the Web Collaboration service been started? Are there any users configured as Web Collaboration users? Is the one-X Portal service running and can you access that?

Basically your car didn't start, to do remote diagnostics we need to know whether you've looked under the hood and what you found there.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

of course all that is working , web collaboration service , one X PORTAL service are working , and yes , there is 3 users configured to use Web collab feature, im not idiot to not verify all that dont worry , and yes there is licence of Web Collaboration in IPO SE 10.1
