Ip Office Soft Console error

Have an IP Office at 9.1.9.0 build 182 and having an issue with soft console not being able to hang up on calls, please see the screen shot attached. Has anyone run into this issue yet?

have you tried "run as Administrator" on the exe file?

this is a user error not an install error

I had an issue like this and it required a private build, but I think they included it to the latest release of the IPO and soft console. Try to upgrade to 9.1.12.
