Is there anyway in Manager to have the SMTP resolve to a name and not an IP address? I know we can do it in VM pro but no Manger SMPT settings.
We currently use our Hosted Email External relay for all of our customer. We are in the process of changing Email providers so the current address/account will go away. I know we need to re-program SMPT info for all customers using this relay but want to avoid it again in the future.
Is there another way around using an IP address especially for customers using Essential VM?
