Back in November when 3.1 became GA I posted a problem I had upgrading a SOE from 3.0 to 3.1 running voicemail PRO. After the upgrade, voicemail was very choppy and skipping parts. IP set users also were choppy to the receiver but not on their end. I think one person replied and said to stip and restart the VM PRO service - that didn't help. I had to end up reverting both the VM and the SOE back to the 3.0 version I was running at the time. Well guess what? I just tried to upgrade from 3.0 (69) to 3.1 (56) - VM Pro 3.1 (18) and I had the same problem. Had to go back to 3.0 (69) and 3.0 (19) on the VM Pro. Anyone have any thoughts?

thanks,

There are some definte differences between 3.0 and 3.1 for the SOE. For example we have an SOE that has voice mail pro and uses the system as a big voice mail for 3 real estate offices. They have a total of 466 users. Yes that is not a typo. 466. When I went to 3.1 the configuration would no longer load and every time you try to make a change it would say config file to large even though it was only using 156K. I put it back on 3.0.59 (the version I had) and all is fine. Guess they aren't getting upgraded anytime soon;-(
