IP Office SE Voicemail pro 1

Hi All,
I have an issue with VM Pro on IP Office SE 9.1.7. The voicemail was working for a while and it stop from working.
I know it is running I can connect to it with the client but, but if i dial *17 it's unobtainable.

Hi Bonker

Check the voicemail password in security settings and make sure you enter the same in the vm pro client.
