IP Office SCN?

Hi,

I'am confused about the resiliency of SMB IP office and Midsize IP Office . For SMB, If there are two IP office 500 8.1 and license with SCN each site, how resiliency works here? Another is using the server type, how will resiliency works in this configuration?
