IP Office Routing 1

I have opened the necessary tcp ports on the routers at both locations as well as the ip routing in the IP Office 406v2. When I try to dial an extension at the remote office I receive a busy signal and in the monitor I receive and LCR timeout error. Any suggestions on why I would be receiving this would be appreciated.

GO back to basics. Can you ping the Ip Offices from the remote sites

I was able to but for some strange reason I am no longer able to ping the other IP Office??? Do you have a recommendation as to the type of cost effectice routers to use in this case on either side? Thanx!

Which type of connection do you have.
DSL? Leased Lined? t1?
