IP Office Receptionist Console screen pop

Hi guys, i am using receptionist console to pop up a text file for customised greetings (serviced office where they answer a DID with a specific greeting).

I have an incoming call route for our PRI which has 200 DID, however the line group is 1 and number is blank so its a default route. This default route maps to a hunt group.

When calls come in, the Receptionist Console is showing that i have dialled the hunt group number (it doesnt show the DID that was dialled).

Is there any way to have the console detect the full dialled DID (this is certainly being shown in status) as opposed to huntgroup - for this i have to create a huntgroup for each company i want to pop a custom text file for this is double work for a lot of DIDs)

Not sure if this will work for you, but you could add a tag to the ICR with the DID number.
 
Uh...why not just specify the DID in the incoming number and be done with it?

Thanks guys, that works for me, will just use the MSN to create all DIDs and send to the main reception hunt group and give that a whirl
