IP Office R8 twinning not working correctly

We have an IP Office R8 where CoreDial is providing SIP trunk service that is connected to an EdgeMarc Session Border Controller which is converting the SIP trunking to an emulated PRI and connects to the IP Office via a PRI card.

Everything is working fine except for Twinning. A call will ring a dialed extension until it reaches the twinning delay threshold. Instead of then twinning the extension and cell phone, the call is instead acting like a forwarded call. The call no longer rings at the extension but does continue ringing the cell phone until it is answered or gets the cell VM.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

 
I think they are giving a connected message instead of alerting so the system thinks it is connected, a trace will prove this :-)
