IP Office R8, SIP licenses never releasing

I have an audiocodes MP-114 setup to route calls from 4 FXO ports to my IP Office over SIP trunk, seems to work like I want for incoming calls, everything routes correctly. But over time all the SIP trunk licenses get used up and never release, I have 5 licenses. If I look at system status I says 5/5 used, and 5 channels don't say idle, but no other information about what those channels are doing.

Any ideas?

At a guess the ATA's are not always sending the correct messages to drop the trunk, they can be troublesome
