This is to advise you that this weekend we made some major changes to the structure of the Knowledgebase in prepartion for IP Office Release 6.

Due to these changes, over the course of the coming week, any links and bookmarks that you have to previous content will cease to be valid (the content will still be present but will have moved).

We apologize for any inconvenience. This is not a change we wanted to make but is one necessitated by other ongoing IT projects related to the IP Office Knowledgebase.

*We are aware of one error in the changes made this weekend. It affects 5 pages (What's New, application notes, technical bulletins and technical tips) but has a single cause and will be corrected early tomorrow morning (GMT).

Then about two weeks of testing and then it should be available.

Well, I think this sucks Avaya.
Because of this and Avayas crappy site, places like IPOfficeinfo.com will be full of broken links.....

it was soooo nice to actually have things in order, maybe Avaya should have Cale and his wife design their site....

this will separate the good from the bad, if you can't manage to navigate through the knowledgebase site then you need to wait until someone posts a link for you.
I am not thrilled about the change because I have also my own little cheat sheet with about 200 links or so for specific returning things, but I will be able to manage and sometimes it is necessary to change things, especially if you have a site as big as that one.

Yes my spreadsheet is also broken but I can rebuild it. Since I have no choice I either rebuild or do without. Soon it will be walled behind SSO login but hopefully the new links that I build will carry through after logging in.

If not then I will figure out another way.

Actually I give the spreadsheet to the noobs, trainees and sales monkeys around here. I personally like to simply wade in and wander around. I know where everything is, was and used to be once.
