Customer running 9.0.4. Receptionist answers for 3 companies. She called in today stating something changed over the last month and she can no longer see what company the call came in on once she answers the call. While her phone is ringing and it came through that specific group see still sees Caller ID and Company ABC, Company 123, Company XYZ. But once see answers she loses the company it came in for.
I am testing this out on our IPO 9.1.3 system and tried adding a name in to the Transfer/Specific/Source of Transfer field in VM Pro but that only shows name on ringing but still not on answered.
Is there a way around this?
