IP Office Incoming Call Display

Customer running 9.0.4. Receptionist answers for 3 companies. She called in today stating something changed over the last month and she can no longer see what company the call came in on once she answers the call. While her phone is ringing and it came through that specific group see still sees Caller ID and Company ABC, Company 123, Company XYZ. But once see answers she loses the company it came in for.
I am testing this out on our IPO 9.1.3 system and tried adding a name in to the Transfer/Specific/Source of Transfer field in VM Pro but that only shows name on ringing but still not on answered.

Is there a way around this?
 
What about adding a call tag in the inbound call route?
 
Thanks Telecomboy. That works great for 9508 phone i have here. Receptionist has a 5420 and even with the call tag is only shows on ringing but disappears once answered.
 
What is displayed instead of the company's name after answering the call?

Maybe she activated a call timer?

 
Caller ID Name on one line, Caller ID number on the next.

Call Center Mode is not activated.
