Is there a way to send a ping from an IP500 v.2 box with IP Office 9? How? Thanks.

Yes, using the System Status application you can send a ping from the system.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

OK, found it under IP Networking. There's a button in the right pane. Thanks.
