IP Office from Nortel CTI Tapi link

Hi Guys,

Can anyone suggest anything for me.

I have a customer who did have a BCM 50 which harddrive was at the end. The BCM was linked using the Nortel CTI to pull up customers details when a Call came through.
The system is in a taxi Branch so the software is called AutoCab.
So basiclly When a recognised number calls the system the software pulls the customers details up.

On the IP office they have the CTI Pro Licence but I dont know how to link it with the software.

Has anyone every seen this?

Yeah,

Your 100% right. I think it is best to leave there issues with them, as you say I don't want to be liable for there issue. I have done my part in the deal.
