Hi, I've got an Ip Office V2 Rls 6.1 with five 30 stations analog expansion modules, Several times a day all the stations (analogs and digitals) lost its dial tone (no dial tone), another problem is that I cannot record embedded voice-mail menu for auto-attendant, I want to format and recreate SD software card, my question? once I format and recreate original avaya SD card, Can I enter again licences for my ip Office? because for trying I got a new 4gb SD card (no from avaya) formated and recreated it (with 6.1 software), then enter licences, but when I check all licence say "no valid". The original avaya SD cards that came with the Ip office have a watermark that permit format and recreate them and then enter again licences? Thanks in advance

Avaya SD cards have a watermark that is the feature key number the licenses are validated against. Using a Non-Avaya SD card will not work, and if you use Windows format on an Avaya SD card you will overwrite the watermark and ruin the card.

SO, save the configuration, including the licenses to your computer. Using Manager, format and recreate the SD card on the same release. Since there is not a config.cfg file on the card due to the reformat, the running config, including the licenses, will be written to the card by the IPO when you reboot it with the reformatted/recreated card. But if for some reason it isn't, you have the licenses in the offline config to put back in place.

Thanks TouchToneTommy, I forgot to mention that I tried changing Ip500V2 Main control Unit, but the failure continued, Now I want to try formatting and recreating the SD card, Does somebody have this failure in a Ip office 500 that all the stations (analogs and digitals) lost its dial tone (no dial tone)? After a few minutes the stations recover the dial tone without doing nothing to the Ip office
